Dominique Sierra Romero was born in Colombia and has lived in the United States for the last 15 years. She is a human resource professional and president of Sierra Company, a bilingual HR consulting firm specializing in HR policy guidance and best practices, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employee experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management and a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership.

Dominique is passionate about her community and building capacity and progress through advocacy. She joined the Mission Graduates Board of Directors in 2021, and also serves as a board member for Santa Monica House, a non-profit organization providing treatment for women recovering from addiction.
