Mission Graduates Tutoring Center celebrated the Sixth Annual Lights On Afterschool March and Rally at the Plaza 16 BART station.
This year, the theme was “I’m Proud!” Inspired by the first grade’s yearly rendition of the Alma Flor Ada poem “Orgullo/Pride,” classes focused their presentations on what they were proud of in their communities, families, and schools. Great thanks go out to all the Mission Graduates and Marshall staff that supported our students in preparing for this exciting and empowering event.
