Spring break is upon us. With our Tutoring Centers are closed for the week and our College Connect juniors are on their campus tour, there can’t be much going on at Mission Graduates, right? Actually, as much as it pains me to admit it, you are wrong.
We at Mission Graduates have been keeping busy this whole week, despite some of our students being off of school. The College Connect staff, as mentioned in last week’s article, are keeping busy with Cohort 6’s college tour; our Tutoring Center staff are busy lesson planning for the remainder of the year and brainstorming our summer program; the Parent Partner Program continues to work on plans for our upcoming College March; and, finally, our development team just finished up our big Spring mailing project with the help of 14 volunteers this past weekend as well as one helpful postal employee on Monday.
Even though school is out for the week, Mission Graduates’ staff continues to work hard to ensure we provide the best services for our students and families.
Thanks to all of you for your commitment to Mission Graduates, and if you happen to be in the neighborhood, feel free to drop by. We’ll be here.
