Lillian is a Mission resident and believes it is important to be an active member of your local community. In her role as part of the Organizational Effectiveness team at the S. D. Bechtel, Jr. Foundation, she spends time thinking about effective philanthropy and how the Foundation can partner with nonprofit grantees to build capacity and resiliency.

Prior, she was a project manager at the Monitor Group (Monitor Deloitte) where she led teams to provide strategic analysis and advice to clients in technology, healthcare, government, and nonprofit. Lillian graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in Political Science.
