About Food for Thought

As students return to classrooms across San Francisco, Mission Graduates invites you to join our annual Food for Thought campaign. This year, we’re setting the table for change with a goal of raising $145,000 to support over 5,000 under-resourced children, youth, and families in their pursuit of higher education and fulfilling careers.

How You Can Make a Difference:

Donate: Your contribution directly fuels our vital programs, creating pathways to success for underserved students. When you donate to Mission Graduates during Food For Thought, your contribution will be matched dollar-for-dollar by a matching gift!

Dine Out: From September 16-22, enjoy meals at our partner restaurants. A portion of your bill will nourish young minds and futures.

Together, we can turn every donation and every meal into life-changing opportunities. Because when we invest in our youth, we create a brighter future for our entire community.

Win Donor Door Prizes!

For every donation of $20 or more, you’ll be entered to win exclusive donor prizes! Our dedicated partners have graciously donated prizes, which include a trip for two to San Miguel de Allende with airfare and a week’s stay at La Casa de las Estrellas, and prizes from local businesses, including Delfina, Alexander’s Steakhouse, Lovejoy’s Tea Room, and Blue Plate!

Winners will be selected, notified, and announced in October 2024

How does it work?

There’s more than one way to help Mission Graduates. Here’s three ways to get involved with us during Food for Thought and beyond:

Enjoy delicious meals at our partner restaurants from September 16-22. Every meal you purchase helps support Mission Graduates and our programs. It’s a tasty way to make a difference!

2. Amplify Your Impact: Become a Fundraiser!
