Daniel Webster Elementary School, in collaboration with Mission Graduates, is putting together an “International Cooking Night” event for families of the school. The purpose of this event is for families to share a piece of their culture and further establish community amongst parents, staff, and community partners.
This “Day of Diversity”, as parents are calling it, gives the opportunity to share with others a home cooked dish that is enjoyed by their own family. This will allow families to enjoy a great meal, play games, and listen to music while also receiving information about ways to participate at their children’s school.
We’re looking forward to spending a fun evening with our parents at Daniel Webster. Stay tuned for pictures from this event!
