Jaime remembers his childhood being different than most kids since he did not grow up with his parents. Jaime grew up in the small town of Santa Ana, El Salvador where he began working at a young age to help support his grandmother. Seeing how hard his family has worked to provide him with an education, Jaime is motivated to go to college. After earning a degree, he would like to pay his family back for all of their support.
College Connect has been a great resource for Jaime in his journey to college. “College connect is a great program because they really help you learn a lot about college.” He believes the program not only provides beneficial information on the process to obtain a higher education, but can also have a positive impact in your life.
