Having grown up in El Cerrito, CA and living in Berkeley, CA since 1993, Mike Goodbar is a life-long Bay Area Resident. From 1987 through 1998, Mike volunteered at an all-volunteer, all-ages music collective, Alternative Music Foundation, commonly known as 924 Gilman Street. Mike served in many roles there, including Treasurer. Mike has been involved with an assortment of Harm Reduction organizations from 1993 through 2020. Mike currently serves as a Staff Accountant at Mission Graduates, specializing in Accounts Payable. Mike’s interests include hiking, reading, film, astronomy, and history.
